I do not know this place and haven’t eaten here. However it would be nice to introduce authentic Mexican tacos, burritos, tamale.IT is necessary to have obtained ingredients such as fresh Serrano ,Jalopeño and guajillo peppers.All peppers doesnt have same spice level and not to always to add spiciness rather to add FLAVOR and enhance a dish.Serrano and Jalopeño are very much needed in fresh salsas and pico de gallo.You need access to limes not limon, pinto and frijoles black beans and most important masa harina used to make a true fresh tamale or tortilla or even this as basis to make good warm tortillo chip and dip.
